Yes, we do offer direct billing to majority of extended health insurance providers if it they allow clinics to direct bill on the patient’s behalf.

Yes! Please see our ICBC information page for further details. We will require your claim number, date of accident and the name of your ICBC adjuster. If you have legal representation, please provide that information prior to your initial appointment.
If you have a preference, then it’s your choice to decide who to see first. The benefit of having a variety of health care clinicians is that we work as a team, so after your first visit, your practitioner that you see may refer you appropriately for Physio, Chiro, Massage or Acupuncture. For example, your treating practitioner may refer you for massage if they evaluate that you would benefit from more soft tissue work. They may refer you for Chiro treatment if they assess that you would benefit from joint mobilization and manipulation.
As a team, we collaborate to develop tailored treatment plans when patients are shared between practitioners. Though collaboration, we can develop a more comprehensive treatment plan to achieve your goals and aid in your recovery.
If you are currently enrolled in the MSP Premium Assistance Program, you are covered to a combined limit of 10 visits each calendar year for Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services. MSP will pay $23 towards your treatment, and you will pay the remainder for your visit out of pocket. If you would like some more information regarding billing MSP, please call the co-ordinators to discuss further details.
Parking availability is city (metered) street parking and depends on the fluctuation of local businesses and traffic. Please budget some additional time prior to your appointment to ensure you can secure parking prior to the time of your appointment.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is suitable for movement.
- If you are unable to make your appointment, phone the clinic with as much notice as possible or cancel your appointment online. This way your space is opened up immediately and someone who is in need of a treatment may book in.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide our therapists with at least 24 hours notice. Please note, the clinic reserves the right to charge the full appointment fee if not given sufficient notice. Thank you for understanding.

“Today I had an initial acupuncture appointment with Debra. She was great. Debra also did cupping on my back and this wasn’t cupping I’ve been accustomed to. Typically, I had it where the cup is placed on an area for a period of time then pulled off, however, Debra was moving the cup all over my back and then left a bunch on while she worked the other side.
