Q: What should I book first? Physio? Chiro? Massage Therapy? Acupuncture?

If you have a preference, then it’s your choice to decide who to see first. The benefit of having a variety of health care clinicians is that we work as a team, so after your first visit, your practitioner that you see may refer you appropriately for Physio, Chiro, Massage or Acupuncture. For example, your treating practitioner may refer you for massage if they evaluate that you would benefit from more soft tissue work. They may refer you for Chiro treatment if they assess that you would benefit from joint mobilization and manipulation. As a team, we collaborate to develop tailored treatment plans when patients are shared between practitioners. Though collaboration, we can develop a more comprehensive treatment plan to achieve your goals and aid in your recovery.

Q: How long does a Spinal Decompression "Traction" Therapy session last?

The duration of a session can vary, but typically lasts between 20 to 30 minutes. The number of sessions required will depend on the individual's condition and response to treatment.
