About Nick

Nick completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Brighton in Southern England in 2025, following his Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia in 2021.
Throughout his training, Nick has completed clinical placements across several different domains, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory, and acute care in both hospital and outpatient settings. As a result of these experiences as well as his time working as a kinesiologist prior to completing his masters degree, Nick has developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal conditions, as well as chronic pain and injury prevention. Nick enjoys working with patients from all walks of life including athletes, weekend warriors, seniors, and those with chronic overuse conditions.
Nick’s treatment philosophy is rooted strongly in the principles of acute pain management followed by active rehabilitation. He works collaboratively with each patient to understand their goals and any barriers that may exist, and utilizes the most current evidence in strengthening, manual therapy, and patient education to best guide them to their objectives. Nick encourages each patient to be an active participant in their own health and rehabilitation, and looks to be a guide on their journey back to doing the things they enjoy.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys staying active through sport, mainly weightlifting, slo-pitch, rock-climbing, golfing, and ball hockey. Nick is keen to further his clinical expertise, and plans to take several courses including the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal physiotherapy program through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
